WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Budget management-Knowledge of how to plan, organise and manage costs and expenditures for a business or organisation.
• Business planning & forecasting-Knowledge of how to anticipate and forecast the future evolution of business and sales and monitor performance.
• Financial management-Knowledge of how to plan, measure financial records in compliance with internal and external regulations and ensuring value for money in reaching business objectives and long term profitable growth
• Financial performance and insight-Knowledge of how to measure and analyse IKEA performance towards financial goals and understanding reasons for financial business outcome to predict future outcomes
• IKEA business tools, processes and cycles: Knowledge of Ingka Centres business tools, processes and cycles.
• Knowledge in commercial properties operations
• Treasury management knowledget and experience
• Real Estate relevant tax expirence

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall responsible for local meeting place finance related affairs;
• Manage meeting place billing & AR collection process
• Manage and control meeting place spending, optimize workflow in daily operation
• Lead meeting place budgeting process, perform budget controls, and provide budget analysis report on a monthly basis;
• Build up and manage meeting place finance team, arrange proper works for sub-ordinates;
• Provide ordinary and ad hoc analysis report to both local management and HQ;
• Co-operate with other meeting place functions to fulfill tasks;
• Maintain good relationship with both internal functions and external parties (e.g. local tax authorities, bank, other relevant authorities);
• Ad-hoc tasks.

To optimise the meeting place experience for the many people to drive visitation to the Meeting Places and IKEA and deliver sustainable business growth for our Partners and Meeting Places. Achieve operational results, drive efficiency improvements and enhance commercial performance, brand value and sustainability performance of the Meeting Places.
