In this role as Business Operations & Navigation Manager you will work closely with different Stakeholders, both within Sales and Facility. You will put a lot of focus on Navigation to find out where the customers are, how the customers shop, the different logistic-flows and where the costs are, all this to reach the top line results. You need to be quick on analyzes and secure that we get the follow-ups that we need.
You will make quick decisions and feel comfortable with being the contact person for AMF property owners, Gallerian and IKEA Facility. You will also lead and be responsible for Safety & Security and make sure all rules and controls are in place as well as securing agreements and IKEA policy’s.
We do not know much more than this, but on the other hand, this provides opportunities to test ideas, learn by mistake, celebrate success and share knowledge with the rest of IKEA. ABOUT THIS WORK AREA
For this role, you need to have a good understanding of Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. We see that you have a background of working with Profit & Loss and Leadership.
We offer a permanent fulltime position as a Business Navigation & Operations Manager with start date early 2022. You will report to Stockholm Gallerian Market Manager and you will be a part of the Management Team. We will open the store in summer 2022 and we will work according to the needs of the business, which may mean that you will sometimes work evenings and weekends between Gallerian's opening hours; https://www.gallerian.se/oppettider/
