As one of the key contributors of the Digital channels organization, the Data Analyst is tasked to provide the strong business insight and data analysis around IKEA’s digital channels strategy on China’s digital channels business, etc. and create seamless omni-channel shopping experience for our customers.
• Responsible for collecting and analysing business data to perform industry research and derive answers and insights on business questions, presented and reported through using various reporting tools • Leverage data assets by data collection and processing, to provide day-to-day meaningful and actionable strategic and operational insights • Be responsible for the operation dashboard management including traffic analysis, customer segmentation, membership, range, product pattern, CSC report, CFF report, etc., to facilitate the operational strategy and execution plan. • Support data driven decision on product and strategy by visualisation of data and enable change through extensive knowledge of the business drivers that make the product successful • Analyse and review digital marketplaces campaigns like Tmall campaign and big activation and generate the valuable learning and action plan • Share digital channels data insight with commercial team or the other cross-functional team and actively lead to the cooperation. • Be responsible for the digital marketplace customer relation management strategy, drive the campaign and lifecycle campaign with smart segmentation strategy to improve the online customer loyalty and quality. • Take lead of the databank and strategy center project and generate the data insights to the media team and digital channels operations team • Overall manage the customer relation management & data analyst budget • Promote, actively engage and share the responsibility in the delivery of the Ingka sustainability, People & Planet Positive, Strategy to enable the ongoing transformation and growth of the IKEA business
