•Leads, coaches and develops a team of sales co-workers by creating and implementing a structured information flow within the team to achieve team alignment in non-leasing income stream related topics •Responsible to develop and secure sales competence within Sales Accounts to ensure high level of support is delivered for the MPs •Actively cooperates and communicates with MP Managers and Deputy Operations Managers on defining most relevant non-leasing income streams opportunities that would maximise overall income of MPs •Responsible to lead strategic negotiations with non-leasing income streams key partners to secure best package deals on advertisement campaigns, brand exposure events etc. •Identifies and analyses and latest trends and deep business insight within non-leasing income streams to provide MPs with most efficient and fast ways to positively impact income •Support Sales Accounts for localising and implementing global approaches to non-leasing income streams as well as support Sales Accounts in maximising the income of the local MPs through income streams managed globally •Leads negotiations with partners as well as supports MPs in successful negotiation outcome upon the need•Shares best-practice in maximising the income and creating strong partnership in non-leasing income sales across MPs •Responsible for making long-term analysis and forecasts on opportunities and risks in non-leasing income streams; develops risk mitigation plan upon the need •Ensures active selling and maximizing income from the existing non-leasing income streams •Promotes and develops partnership with the existing income streams and potentially new income streams •Actively cooperates with Marketing B2B to identify opportunities for sponsorship and cost-sharing initiatives •Develops and grows new and repeatingbusiness from content providers, agencies and advertising partners
