We offer an exiting opportunity to play a key role in finding the best talents for IKEA.We are looking for two recruiters to join our new P&C Experience team to contribute in the Talent area; i.e Recruitment, Employer branding and Succession. Together with the team you will ensure we attract the right people to IKEA and enable a great candidate experience cross Range & Supply EA. You will support several organisations and take an active role in continuous improvements as well as identify synergies. You report to P&C Experience Manager in PLA East Asia.
In this role, you will focus on:
Ensuring a professional support to the recruiting organizations with direct sourcing, initial interviews, selection etc.
Take an active part in implementing, as well as improving and developing the recruitment framework, guidelines and tools to ensure a good candidate experience as well as a process fulfilling the business needs.
Provide professional guidance to hiring managers and People & Culture colleagues to enable them to manage recruitment more effectively.
Develop strong relations with different stakeholders in the business to understand hiring needs, today and tomorrow.
Lead and/or support any additional recruitment projects and activities.
One of you will, in combination with recruitment, have a stronger focus on Employer Branding. For example developing regional frameworks, toolkits and rolling out EB activities. While one of you will have a stronger focus on succession and strengthening the competence flow cross organisations. We believe that you have a passion for attracting the right people to IKEA, and understand the importance of a great candidate experience. You have several years’ experience from working with recruitment and the talent acquisition field. You have a great understanding of the IKEA Culture & Values, and value based recruitment.
You have a strong communication skills and easy to connect with people, and understanding how and where they best can contribute to IKEA. You have the ability to influence stakeholders around you. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
In your daily work you have a strong quality focus and a structured approach and you practice a high level of confidentiality.
Shanghai will be the base for the P&C Experience team as this is the location for most Range and Supply units. However, we do see an advantage of having team members also in our other locations. Please be clear in your application about preferred location.
As this is part of an organisational change and a new set up, co-workers affected by this change, i.e. colleagues in the P&C teams in Range and Supply, will be prioritized if similar competence level.
