As one of the key contributors of the digital channels organization, the Digital Traffic Acquisition Leader is responsible for the daily operation around IKEA’s digital channels business growth and customer acquisition on China’s digital channels, etc.
This role has overall responsibility for the digital traffic implementation and takes charge of the executions to ensure enough and qualified traffic and new customer acquisition to support the business growth.
The role handles the day to day traffic monitoring and optimization. Also responsible for collaborating with internal team as well as managing external vendors.
Additionally, the responsibility of this role includes managing the acquisition budget to support the growth. This role also requires deep cross-functional collaboration across the China organization
• Managing daily traffic and customer acquisition, focusing around online performance media operation in digital marketplace and Direct to Customer channels • Effectively implement the growth plan to get sufficient digital traffic and online new customer with higher return of investment • Lead the operation of traffic planning, execution, tracking and optimization in order to achieve the digital channel top line and make sure online customer growth • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams, such as design, content, marketing team to ensure solid execution of traffic plans • Plan and execute on new digital channel experimentation and support digital channel growth • Provide data-driven insights around customer acquisition to optimize strategy and operations • Promote, actively engage and share the responsibility in the delivery of the Ingka sustainability, People & Planet Positive, Strategy to enable the ongoing transformation and growth of the IKEA business
