Under IKEA Enkel umbrella, based on IKEA directions and knowledge about life at home, market situation and competitors on the IKEA markets, sourcing capabilities and IKEA resources, explore/develop new supply solutions together with stakeholders and service providers.
Develop a mid and long term business plan for new supply solutions within selected areas
Build up service provider portfolio for new supply solutions
Communicate and anchor the business plan with relevant functional managers and stakeholders throughout the three main processes
Formulate clearly defined objectives/goals Based on the plan as mentioned above
Analyse and interpret the market for strategic development from a global perspective together with relevant stakeholders from our three main processes
Lead the execution of actions Based on the business plan, including follow up and adjustments in plans and actions
Define resources needed for realization of actions and plans
Deep business and solution development knowledge on strategic level
University degree or equivalent knowledge acquired elsewhere
Leadership experience from strategic development and international business, preferably in the consumer goods sector
Deep knowledge in supply chain, preferably experience and knowledge with omni sales channels
Preferably experience and knowledge with leading 3rd party logistic companies, especially in the field of e-commerce, M2C.
Deep knowledge and understanding of the IKEA Value Chain, the development process, and the prerequisites of the Supply and Retail organisations
Knowledge, experience and feeling for home furnishings; customer needs, design, style and trends
