1. Lead and develop an impactful communication strategy, action plan in the market, both internally and externally, and secure that communication is used as a strategic tool for leading and developing business and people. 2. Responsible for leading communication performance, evaluation and follow-up in the market. 3. In close collaboration with other key contributors, drive growth and brand positioning towards target groups, in line with the Ingka retail direction, global communication plan and country BPL,–developing long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders 4. Leveraging strategic functional expertise and contributing to the growth and development of IKEA on the market, and acting as strategic business partner to the Country Manager. 5. Act as spokesperson for Ingka in the market and securing other effective spokespeople in the market through briefing and training. 6. Understand and engage with all stakeholders and other influencers both emotionally and rationally; facilitate dialogue, encourage involvement and contribute to an open and sharing climate. 7. Enable effective internal communication and engagement, and create prerequisites for our co-workers, in all legal entities, to be our best ambassadors. Secure an effective use of internal communication channel landscape. 8. Together with P&C, enable change and support change process with effective communication and IKEA leadership. 9. Responsible for securing that all communication and collaboration needs between the different Ingka /IKEA unit communicators in the country are implemented according to the Representing IKEA principles. 10. Participate in communication projects to contribute in the development of communication globally.
