What you'll be doing day to day

• Identify and capture processes and opportunities within the unit to improve local goals and metrics related to social responsibility
• Engage, inspire, and motivate others to accomplish unit goals by sharing Knowledge of/interest in the industry and market-specific topics and trends related to sustainability and sustainable business development
• Designated IWAY Representative responsible for processes and audits as needed within the unit
• Retain and measure data associated with the unit and country goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in all locations within the fulfillment unit
• Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers
