No two days will be the same in this role, so to give an hourly schedule and ‘to do’ list will be an impossible task. Your role, then, will be to coach our business in areas of Leadership & Culture, Learning & Development and Recruitment & Employer Branding providing guidance and support to your coworkers within the direct and extended teams and secure that the best practices are available for our organization to improve our business results. Amongst other things, you will:
• Co-create and execute the strategic development in talent management, together with our colleagues at Ingka Group, nurturing a meaningful experience for the many Ingka Centres co-workers. • Lead the work of identifying behaviors and capabilities, based on growth ambitions, to support our business needs. • Lead and implement the leadership development agenda in Ingka Centres, based on Ingka Group approach. • Support the employer branding development and deployment making Ingka Centres a recognizable and desired place to work. • Ensure that all our co-workers, at Meeting Places (Shopping Centres) and Service Offices, have available support and solutions to continue being in a growth environment through succession and development opportunities.

As the Talent Development Manager, you will be a part of the People & Culture team. The People & Culture teams’ mission is to secure the competence, culture & values, and leadership; today and for the future, to reach our business ambitions and create a great place to work.
