You have an interest in procurement and experience in one or more of the area of Real Estate such as Logistics & Equipment and Energy Water, Waste. Experience in analysis, preferably in a sourcing organization.

We believe that you have knowledge in following areas: • Business/industry knowledge and mind-set • Knowledge/interest of market & global trends in procurement, economics and data analysis • Knowledge of tools (excel, sourcing systems) and processes in area of responsibility • Experience of SAP Procurement tools are beneficial • Fluent in English both written and spoken

As a Business Analyst you will work closely together with category managers and purchaser within cross categories globally, procurement Business Navigation as well as with colleague business analysts, supporting with data analysis and recommendations to enable fact-based decisions.
As a Business Analyst you will: • Perform data analyses to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks and present them in a actionable manner (risk, cost and spend analyses) • Secure fact-based decisions by contributing with decision basis and recommendations • Provide analytical support to the Procurement organisation • Train and support procurement colleagues on BI and other solutions • Communicate in a straightforward and inclusive manner and listens actively to gain information • Co-operate with team members in other and own units to accomplish common goals • Establish trusting relationships that are maintained over time • Demonstrate willingness and contributes to change by taking necessary actions and adapt to new circumstances
