In this role, you should be able to manage databases and documentation flows. We believe that you have relevant education and/or work experience within administration and can manage advanced MS Office.

To succeed in this role, you should have good knowledge of both English and Hindi, both written and spoken.

A day in your life with us

As a Lease Administration Specialist, your main mission is to ensure qualitative and smooth administration of the sales and leasing process through compliance with relevant standards and procedures.

Also, you will

• Deliver efficient and timely sales and lease contracts and other relevant document preparation and signing processes in thorough compliance with relevant standards and procedures.
• Own and manage the protocol for conflict resolution with tenants and other relevant stakeholders
• Provide support to sales & leasing teams and MPs regarding the administration part of the sales & leasing process.
• Together with the Sales & Leasing Administration Team Leader, they analyze the administration part of the sales & leasing process to improve process efficiency, minimize gaps, and proactively provide relevant inputs to the Sales & Leasing Administration Team Leader and Sales & Leasing Administration Manager to improve the process.
• Ensure that relevant databases are updated on a regular basis so that the most up-to-date information is available.
• Ensure all the required documentation is accurately stored and organized and can be promptly provided upon request.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in MP, domains, centres of expertise, and other stakeholders to be able to get any needed relevant information required for reports, meetings, or presentations related to sales and lease administration.
• Prepare lease administration relevant materials, presentations, and documentation requested by your Domain co-workers in a thorough and well-organized manner to ensure the data presented or reported appears in a structured, clear, and professional way.

In this role, you will report to the Sales & Leasing Administration Team Leader. Your place of work will be in Gurgaon, India.
