  • Build trustful relationships with business, IT and other stakeholders to truly understand the needs, drivers and based on that propose a wished position to the solution team
  • Secure alignment with the digital technology landscape and architectural principles
  • Steer the technical excellence of the applications and consistency with relevant digital frameworks, best practices, and standards.
  • Coach and enable other team members to deliver best-in-class solutions and products.
  • Ensure reusability of solution components outside the assigned solution and area and contribute to relevant tech communities across IKEA.
  • Lead the work to map business needs and balancing priorities of implementation for improved/new capabilities from a total domain architectural perspective in close cooperation with the business analyst
  • Work closely with solution and product owners, data engineers and architects across IKEA.

As a Domain Architect, we trust that you have

  • Good understanding of general supply chain knowledge, processes and its relation to financial flows. Previous work experience in a retail organization would be an advantage
