Ensure that all importation documents are constantly reviewed, monitored & properly recorded. And ensure accounting treatment is accurately maintained.
Ensure that IKEA Egypt E-Commerce business is constantly reviewed, monitored & properly recorded. And ensure accounting treatment is accurately maintained.
Perform month end closing activities such as account reconciliation, revenue recognition, expenses recording, etc.
Review all import shipments documents and record the required entries related.
Control clearing agencies accounts and manages their payments.
Customs account monitoring
Review, monitor and post E-Commerce transactions
Driving continuous improvement within your own areas of responsibility.
Being fully aware of and actively complying with Alfuttaim policies and procedures relevant to your own responsibilities and to corporate policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Experience in MS Office
Experience in Navision
Experience in SAP
3 years experience in a similar role.
Good communication skills
Behavioural Competencies :
Must have the ability to create an environment where the IKEA values are a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and visitors
