A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
• Understand the local market conditions and business potential, identify and drive positioning and visitation opportunities to the IKEA store(s) and IKEA website; • Engage the store management team and colleagues in seeking new business opportunities through fact-based consumer/customer insights (i.e. business plan process); • Support the implementation of the regional marketing, communication strategy (with special focus on Public Relations and Internal Communication), IKEA FAMILY strategy and the IKEA SEE Sustainability and Community involvement policy; • Grow and retain our core customer base using the IKEA FAMILY concept; • Provide communication support to IKEA BUSINESS; • Engage the store management team and colleagues in consciously acting as the face and voice of the IKEA brand; • Contribute to planning and controlling of the local marketing budget, measuring all respective metrics, identifying cost efficiencies, monitoring and following up all investments; • Demonstrate leadership by example in ways that express the IKEA values within and outside IKEA operations; • Work on other tasks and projects as assigned that will contribute to the development of IKEA SEE retail operations (i.e. regional or local initiatives).
