About Area Sourcing

SCD Sourcing is part of Supply Chain Development. In SCD Sourcing we develop and embed processes and solutions to support throughout the whole life cycle partnership with a supplier, from potential cooperation to the end of joint business. This comprises all major activities such as acquisition, price management, durability and quality, including deviation & claim management. Our support, covering IT tools and adaptation to legal compliance as well as our own rules and regulations, is directed to all IKEA supply units.


Job description

As a Learning Lead you facilitate and support all Sourcing area stakeholders to ensure successful implementation in the affected units/functions/organisations, working close to the different stakeholders involved in the initiatives during both the development and the implementation phases.

In the job as Learning Lead you will support project teams and receiving organizations with change management and learning expertise. You will identify gaps in competence and need for learning activities connected to our process and working methods. You will then be responsible to create and deliver learning solutions based on new competence needs as well as revising current learning material, this with a high focus on our end users.


Qualification

For this role we believe you have:

  • A solid understanding of change management principles and have experience from working with change management and change implementation in global assignments or projects.
  • Good presentation, communication, pedagogical and facilitation skills
  • Experienced in creating learning material
  • Experience in working with Content management systems, preferable Claro
  • Experience of using Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign is an advantage
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the IKEA processes and organisations
  • Are fluent in English, any other language is an asset
